The mission of our Three-year-old class is to provide a positive first experience with school, creating a joy of learning in the new student. We provide child-centered and teacher-directed activities, while encouraging independence by having kids learn to help themselves, make their own choices, cooperate with others, listen, and follow directions. During the program we introduce shapes, colors, numbers 1-10, letter recognition, and exploration through play. We will also begin working on fine motor skills by cutting and coloring. Typical daily activities include story time, circle time, large and small groups, crafts, creative choices, and outside play.

Optional 4th Day: Thursday 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. (Limit of 15 Students)
Working in tandem with local school districts and teachers, our program is adaptable and evolving with the goal of ensuring each student is adequately prepared for their district’s Kindergarten. We focus on Kindergarten readiness skills, beginning with recognizing letters and their beginning sounds. We also nurture early numerical concepts and STEM activities combined with personal growth in the student, encouraging independence, confidence and self-esteem. Students grow socially and emotionally by learning about taking turns and expressing themselves in a constructive manner with friends and teachers. Classes include indoor and outdoor play, independent and teacher-directed activities, and interaction with small and large groups.
Lunch bunch is a time to socialize with our friends and teachers while enjoying lunch and free play either inside or outside. Children bring their own Peanut Butter/Nut Free lunch to enjoy with friends. Lunch bunch is available for our 3- and 4-year-old classes. Sign ups can be monthly or daily.
